On Sunday morning, Nikolai, a successful plastic surgeon, was distracted from reading by his wife, Olga, who demanded that she have another surgery before going on a trip with her friends in Dubai. An argument ensued, and Nikolai inadvertently revealed details about his wife's past infidelity. Feeling betrayed, the husband hatched a plan for revenge, after which Olga was in for a surprise.
