A young soldier, Maxim, having served two years of compulsory service, returns to his small hometown. It's the wild 90s, uncertainty and lack of any prospects are in the air. Maxim is trying to find a job, but there are no jobs in the city. One day he meets his schoolmate Yegor and he invites him to join a gang.
